Church Hill Spring Fest and Market

Hosted by the Church Hill Association of RVA
Saturday, May 9, 2026 (12pm - 5pm) at Libby Hill Park

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 3rd annual Church Hill Spring Fest and Market. Our mission in hosting this event is to create a space for people across the city to come together and celebrate the businesses and organizations that make Church Hill great. We are excited to welcome vendors from across the Greater Richmond area to join us in our mission!

Information about the event and vendor registration details are below. Please read through all criteria and responsibilities before applying.

REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH APRIL 24 OR UNTIL WE REACH CAPACITY. Once capacity is reached, vendors may join the waitlist using the registration form OR you may reach out to springfest@churchhill.org.

Registration Criteria

  • Vendors selling goods from multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing organizations will not be accepted.
  • All vendors will need to provide your business license and VA sales tax number.  If you are a small entity and report taxes thru your SSN, do not provide this, but do put a note in these boxes that this does not apply so that we know this for the City of Richmond forms we have to fill out.
  • All restaurants, caterers and mobile food truck/units are required to submit a current copy of their Richmond City Health Department Food Establishment permit.
    • Food trucks must reach out directly to springfest@churchhill.org to confirm space before registering, as you will need a code to register.
  • All food vendors that bake pies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes etc. fall under the Department of Agriculture and are required to provide a copy of their latest VDACS inspection report.
  • In order to be officially registered, participants must complete the registration form AND submit their donation or acknowledge their waiver if they are a non-profit (see below).  Please note, you must apply through this program.  WE DO NOT offer vendor registration through any social media site. If you register through social media, it is a scam and we may not have space to honor that registration.  Also, simply making a donation to the CHA of RVA does not register you for Spring Fest.

Application Donation

  • All for-profit organizations will be required to submit the $50 donation (per booth reserved) along with this registration.
  • Nonprofit organizations are exempt from this donation but must still submit a completed registration. Reach out to springfest@churchhill.org with questions.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • The Church Hill Spring Fest and Market is a rain or shine event, so please plan accordingly. Bringing a tent is highly recommended for coverage from the elements, regardless of the weather.
  • All vendors must remain fully set up and open for sales for the entirety of the event if possible (12:00pm - 5:00pm).
  • Vendors must provide their own display setup, including tables, chairs, tent (if desired) and supplies. Booth spaces are roughly 10’ x 10’. Each booth must remain within the space boundaries, including tent, tent poles, ropes, product storage, etc. Please bring something to secure your tent also, as the hill is windy (note you may be on a road surface)
  • Security will be on-site during the event, but vendors are responsible for their own tables and merchandise.
  • Electricity will NOT be provided.
  • Vendor decorations are highly encouraged!
